Terms of Service

1. Booking & Payments

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance must be cleared at least 14 days prior to the event.

2. Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will result in forfeiture of the full deposit. Rescheduling is subject to availability and a processing fee.

3. Technical Requirements

To ensure peak performance, the Client must provide:

• A minimum 10x10ft level area for setup
• One dedicated 10-amp power circuit within 20ft of setup
• Shelter from direct sunlight or rain (for outdoor events)
• Stable WiFi if social media sharing is requested

4. Photo Rights

By using our services, the Client grants Visylo LLC permission to use photos taken during the event for marketing and promotional purposes, unless specified otherwise in writing before the event.

5. Liability

The Client is responsible for any damage caused to Visylo LLC equipment by guests or event staff. Visylo LLC is not liable for service interruptions caused by power failure or venue restrictions.
